Designed by a UI/UX designer from Moscow, Russian Federation named Alexander Lygin. He had an idea to work on a concept without using the red as the main color which is very common in Asia for which associates to the nation's color of the flag. It's a clean and simple design but I personally loved his choice of typography. It's quite a readable font usually used for public publicity, tickets, forms and more. It's a nice mix from Asian and European typography.
